How to Activate USB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth restrictions in VXT to Prevent Unauthorised Access

To restrict USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other functionalities in Samsung VXT, follow these steps:

1. From the Home Page, navigate to the Screen Menu.
2. Select the screen to configure.
3. Two options are possible on the right-hand side: INFO and SETTINGS. Click SETTINGS.
4. Scroll down to the Security Options, located below the General Settings section.

Available Security Restrictions

• Bluetooth Lock: Prevents the screen from connecting to Bluetooth devices.
• USB Lock: Blocks the screen from connecting to USB devices.
• Wi-Fi Lock: Disables the screen's Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Network Lock: Prevents the screen from connecting to a network. When enabled, the screen can only connect to sites authorised by Samsung VXT CMS or those on the allowed list.
• Remote Controller Lock: Prevents unauthorised use of the remote controller.
• Panel Button Lock: Disables the physical buttons on the screen.
• Change PIN: Allows for setting and updating the security PIN for the screen.
