Understanding the Content Journey Map in Samsung VXT

The Content Journey Map in Samsung VXT provides a powerful way to track where a specific content item is being used. This feature helps in identifying content presence in playlists, schedules or screens, giving you greater control and insights into your content usage.

1. Access the Content Journey Map

Navigate to the Content Menu in Samsung VXT.

Locate the specific content item for tracking.

Click the icon in the bottom-right corner of the content item to open the journey map.

2. Explore the Content Flow

A new window will open, displaying the flow of this content item.

The content item being used can be viewed, such as:

• Playlists: Check if the content is part of any playlist.
• Schedules: Identify schedules that include the content.
• Screens and Channels: View which screens are currently using this content.

Additionally, clicking on a specific flow item allows for content deletion from that playlist, schedule or screen.
