How to Create a Screen Wall
A screen wall combines multiple screens into a single cohesive display, enabling dynamic and impactful content presentation. Follow these steps to set up a screen wall in Samsung VXT.
1. Connect the Devices
Before creating a screen wall, ensure all intended devices are:
- Powered on and connected to your Samsung VXT system.
- Assigned to the same network.
Note: The expand option is not supported on legacy devices (e.g., Tizen 4.0 and 5.0) and is available only for P Series plans.
2. Start the Screen Wall Setup
Log in to the Samsung VXT account. Go to Screen and select New Screen Wall.
3. Configure the Screen Layout
Use the drag-and-drop interface to configure the number of devices horizontally and vertically:
- Drag to create the desired grid layout (e.g., 2x2, 3x3).
- Specific grid positions can be deselected if certain spots will not be used.
Example: For a 2x1 setup, drag two devices horizontally while leaving the other spots blank.
4. Name and Assign Screens
Assign a meaningful name for easy identification within the system.
Click the plus icon (+) to select and assign the screens for inclusion in the wall. Choose from the list of available screens connected to the system.
5. Add Content to the Screen Wall
Click Set Content to assign media to the screen wall.
Important: Only pre-built content is supported for screen walls. Ensure the content has been uploaded beforehand.
6. Customise Individual Screen Settings (Optional)
To adjust the settings for a specific screen within the wall, click directly on the screen.
Modify settings like brightness, resolution or input source as needed.
