How to Edit Your Account Settings?

The General Settings menu in Samsung VXT CMS allows users to customise their experience by configuring language preferences, date and time formats, as well as managing personal information.

How to Access General Settings

Click on the profile picture located at the top right corner of the dashboard.

Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Choose General to open the general management settings page.

General Settings:

• Language: Set your preferred display language for the interface.
• Date & Time: Configure settings such as date format, first day of the week, and time format to align with your regional preferences.
• Personal Information: View your user role and the information provided during your initial connection to VXT CMS.

Additional Settings

By clicking on the 3 dots at the top right, you can access the following options:

• Go to Samsung Account: Redirects you to the Samsung account website for account management.
• Transfer Owner: (Visible only to users with the Owner role) Allows the transfer of ownership to another user. Note that this action is irreversible, and once transferred, the owner's role cannot be reclaimed.
• Withdraw Membership: Enables cancellation membership with Samsung VXT CMS. If the owner chooses to withdraw, all resources and usage data for the organisation will be permanently deleted, and this action cannot be undone.
