How to Find Plan and License Information in VXT

Details about the plan or license in Samsung VXT can be easily viewed.

To access the Plan menu page, click the profile picture, go to Settings and select Plan.

Subscription Details Overview

The Plan menu provides a detailed breakdown of the subscription, including the following:

• Primary Plan: Manage your standard rate plan.
• Additional Plan: Manage optional add-on rate plans.
• Screen License: Displays the total number of screen licenses, as well as those currently used and available.
• Workspace: Shows the number of workspaces utilizing the selected rate plan.
• Next Payment: Indicates the expiration date of the current rate plan and the date of the next payment.

Understanding Plan Status Icons

The colour of the icons in the Plan menu reflects the status of the pricing plan. Here is what each colour indicates:

1. Red: The pricing plan is awaiting allocation.
2. Yellow: The pricing plan is scheduled to restart or be extended.
3. Green: The pricing plan has been successfully allocated.
4. Black: The pricing plan has expired.

Managing the Subscribed Rate Plan

To manage a subscribed rate plan, click on the plan to edit. This will display detailed information about the plan.

From here, it is possible to:

• Adjust the number of licenses assigned to a workspace.
• Add additional licenses by creating new workspaces.
• Remove licenses by deleting workspaces.
