Managing Playlists in Samsung VXT

Efficient playlist management without accessing the details page is possible by hovering the mouse over a playlist row to display the action icon. The following features are available for quick playlist management:

• Set to Screens - Assign the playlist to the desired screen(s).
• Add Tags - Apply tags to organise and categorise the playlist.
• Duplicate - Create a duplicate of the playlist within the current workspace.
• Share - Share the playlist with other workspaces. The shared playlist remains linked to the original playlist. Changes made to the shared playlist are reflected in all workspaces where it is shared.
• Copy to Workspaces - Copy the playlist to other workspaces. Copied playlists exist independently in each workspace. Editing a copied playlist in one workspace does not affect its copies in other workspaces.
• Delete - Permanently remove the playlist.

These features provide flexibility and control over playlists, facilitating easy management and adaptation of digital signage content across multiple workspaces and screens.
