How to Set a Custom Screensaver in Samsung VXT

By default, VXT screens display the VXT logo as a screensaver when no scheduled content is active.

The screensaver can be customised to reflect a company's branding or style.  Follow these steps to set up a custom screensaver.

1. Log In to Your VXT Account

Open the Samsung VXT platform in a web browser and log in using the appropriate credentials.

2. Access the Settings

In the top-right corner of the screen, click your Account Icon.

From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

3. Adjust the Default Screensaver

In the Settings menu, go to the Workspace section.

Look for the Default Content field and set it to Custom.

4. Upload and Select Desired Screensaver

Ensure the desired screensaver file has been uploaded to the platform prior to this step.

Supported formats typically include videos (e.g., MP4).

Once uploaded, select the custom screensaver file from the list of available content.

5. Save The Changes

Confirm the selection and save the changes.

The custom screensaver will now display on screens whenever no schedule is active.
